Hi and welcome.

My name is Paul Osborne and i live in Cranbrook located in the Garden of England, i'm now into my 40th year of age and have been photographing motorsport for about fifteen years on and off. I started off taking photo's of touring car's and rallying but found the access to these events was rather restricted until i became a good friend of the late Andy Finch who introduced me to autograss and instantly i was impressed with the speed and control of the top drivers.

In 2006 i was given the chance to obtain full access to Invicta Kents track and with the help of John Berry and Jeffrey Parrish i was able to get access to other tracks around the country. Unfortunatley 2007 didn't fair too well as due to a severe spell of illness i had to stop as the safety of myself and other people could of been compromised. During 2008 after many blood tests and trips to hospital my illness was diognosed and subsequent medication has allowed me to return to my passion of taking motorsport images.

2009 was a fantastic season were we had great weather at every meeting which allowed me to get some great shots of the action. I found myself greatly improving the quality of the images towards the end of the season which in part was down to learning how the new breed of digital camera's work as apposed to film which was used in 2006.

I am really looking forward to 2010 and cant wait to get back out there and see if i can improve more over last year which i'm sure i can with the great help and support from the Invicta members.

I hope that i will be welcomed back at IK this year with the help of the many kind members.

I'm not sure if i will follow on with the karting pics as i have promised to try and attend all the national and bas rounds over the coming months which will take up most of my free weekends. Brownie points are very hard to earn and i dont want to waste them.
